The Centreville Labor Resource Center

The mission of the Centreville Labor Resource Center (CLRC) is to provide a safe, organized Center where residents and contractors can negotiate work arrangements with day laborers.

For members of the CLRC, we also provide ongoing educational and vocational training workshops.

The campaign raised $1775 total to support jobs at the CLRC!  Thanks to all who stepped up to help. You are making a different in the lives of workers.  In September, more than 120 people worked because of you; this was an 18% increase in jobs at CLRC over last year!  This money has multiple returns, in dignity and well-being for workers and their families.

The CLRC receives no government funds; we run 100% on private donations and grants! All donations, no matter how large or small, are integral to our success, and we thank you for your support.

This project would not be possible without the generous support of our major donors:
A.J. Dwoskin & Associates Mr. and Mrs. Edward H. Rice  Eugene and Agnes E. Meyer Foundation The Herb Block Foundation Clark Construction Group, LLC Financial Investments, Inc. St. Mary of Sorrows Catholic Church Neighbors in Need National Grant, United Church of Christ
